Returns

You may return your order within 14 days after delivery.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions including the return address.

Return Conditions

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The product must be returned in its original packaging
• Items with opened or damaged packaging are not eligible for return

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
